  Questions: Can I send my items to have them personalized? Our Answer: We Can Not & Do Not allow customers or companies to send their items for us to personalize.  We can only guarantee our inventory. Thank You.

  Log in A user can log in to the website using the log in link at the top of every page. The user will then be asked to enter their user name and password. The user can subscribe for Newsletters if needed. The user will be registered as a Retail user by default. When finished, the user will select the ‘Log In’ button to enter the website.

  Sign Up The user can sign up with the store by selecting the ‘Sign Up’ link at the top of every page. In the sign up page, the user must enter their user name, password, re enter the password, and add an email address. The user name must be unique and all fields are mandatory. Passwords are stored in the database in an encrypted format.

  My Account A  My Account page link will be shown on the  the top of every page for a logged in User. The My Account page will have links to  My Profile, My cart, My Orders, My Shipping Address and My Billing Address pages.          My Profile In this page,the user can edit  his email address/password . A user can view the items that has been added to the cart. The user can remove any added item or update the quantity of a particular item. The  cart can contain either Digital or Non Digital products at a time. The user can continue adding products to the cart by clicking on the Continue Shopping button. The user can checkout by clicking on the checkout button.

  Garment Care

   

  We know you want your new garment to stay great forever.
  

  Following these simple care instructions to keep it looking great as long as possible.

  NOTE: All garments are made differently. Different materials may need washed in different ways. The below care instructions are meant to maintain the life of the decoration in general. Always check the care instructions on your garment’s tag for more specific advice on how to clean your apparel.

   

  Preferred Method

  • Turn garment inside out.
  

  • Machine wash COLD with mild detergent.
  

  • NO bleach.
  

  • Dry at a normal dryer setting on household machines.
  

  • Do not dry clean.
  

  • Instructions apply to the vinyl material only, please follow garment washing
  instructions as well.

   

  Vinyl Print Care Instructions
  

  Regardless of the heat transfer vinyl brand or style, we recommend that all decorated garments
  be washed inside out. Follow the individual product's care instructions paying particular attention
  to water temperature and drying recommendations.

  Notes on Shrinkage

  Many brands we offer, like Gildan, Port and Company, Hanes, Fruit of the Loom, etc. will pre-shrink their cotton tees. However, fashion brands such as District, Bella, and Next Level do not. It is not uncommon for these types of shirts to shrink almost a full size in the wash.

  Your best bet to prevent shrinkage is to run the garment through a cold wash cycle and let it air dry, or run it through the dryer at LOW heat. Heat is your worst enemy when it comes to cotton!
