Refund/Exchange/Cancellation- For Custom or Personalized items
* REFUNDS: If we make a mistake on your custom order (such as misspelling, wrong image printed, wrong phrase) please contact us by email (info@sddprinting.com) with image(s) of damages within 15 days , return (first class if possible) with username or order# in return and we will refund your order minus shipping charges with final approval. If you make a mistake on your order (wrong quantities ordered, art proof approved with errors, etc.) we will re-print your order at our standard pricing.
- For Non-Custom or Non-Personalized items
* NO REFUNDS WILL BE GRANTED: Unfortunately we do not honor exchanges at this time nor returns on regular orders. But however we do understand sometimes its hard shopping without trying it on first. You can return it but you must pay return shipping and a $8.00 restocking fee. Once we receive item we will soon ship out replacement. (Item must not be damage or must arrive in same condition it was sent out in).

- Help Us Stop Fraud
Submitting false claims is committing fraud against the company and not only hurts us but other customers who rely on our great prices and services to meet their needs. We honor our customers and will continue to keep our prices low to meet all our customer’s needs. If by any chance we find your claim is fraud you will be removed from our database and will not be able to order again under your username. Also maybe subject to prosecution.
- Please Read Returned Check Policy:
All returned checks are processed by the bank twice before deemed insufficient. All returned checks are initially returned by the bank back to us for customers Accounts. Upon receipt of a returned check, our office will determine the depositing unit or account which accepted the check. The Speedy Dynasty Designs will charge a returned check fee for each returned check as specified in terms of payment. Returned checks must be paid by cash, money order, cashier’s check, or credit card. The charge is $30 for each return check (State of Texas).
