You have obtained permission for sddprinting.com to use images uploaded by you and without financial or other obligation and you will pay any licensing fees or royalties charged by the copyright owner, as well as reimburse sddprinting.com immediately for any financial outlay due to legal defense, fines or fees associated with your uploaded files.

Payment
Payment for goods purchased is not final until funds have cleared. This means that no goods or services will be provided until monies have been cleared by the relevant financial institutions, processed and approved by all parties concerned, all financial entities are satisfied that fraud, deceptive, or misleading conduct had not been carried out, and the full purchase amount had been credited to the SDD Printing bank account.
For Customized items
* REFUND: If we make a mistake on your custom order please contact us by email (support@sddprinting.com) with image(s) of damages within 15 days and we will refund your order minus shipping charges with final approval. If you make a mistake on your order (wrong quantities ordered, art proof approved with errors, etc.) we will re-print your order at our standard pricing.
For Non-Customized items
* NO REFUNDS WILL BE GRANTED: Unfortunately we do not honor exchanges at this time nor returns on regular orders
Order Cancellation: All cancellations are subject to a $8.00 restocking fee and partial completion fee depending on how far we are with the order. Once work is complete no cancellations will be granted. No returns on custom items. If returning on regular items or exchanges you must pay for return shipping.
Please upload with good imprint instructions for we are not responsible for wrong instructions.
We prefer high quality jpg, gif, png, bmp also you can upload doc, docx, pdf, txt files. We will not assume what design is wanted. Customer must make clear designs and wants.
All artwork needs to be vectorized and fonts should be flatten. Make sure to name the fonts on the file because the font may change. *Note: If you send a word document, please include font.
Turn Around Times: Please allow up to two week delivery for free shipping. Typical and non-guaranteed turn around time is 3 business days from order date plus shipping time. Additional services will extend typical turn around times. Rush charges will apply to all orders needed sooner than our typical turn around times. Turn around times only apply to production and do not include shipping. If an order is being shipped, sddprinting.com and its affiliates cannot guarantee carrier ship times.
Estimates: All estimates are good for thirty (30) days..
Dye lots: Due to market conditions and manufacturer garment mill variances beyond the seller’s control, seller cannot guarantee consistency of dye colors throughout an individual order or from one order to the next.
Product Colors & Sizes: Because of variances in manufacturer techniques, supplies and ink batches, the color swatches and product images on this website are only representations of the actual colors for the purpose of choosing a product or color for ordering. We make no guarantees of color or size accuracy.
Shipping: We offer FREE Shipping to one address. Shipping time is not included in the turn around time. Standard shipping rates apply. Shipping charges will not be included in price quotes, but may be applied to final invoices. Charges apply to actual shipping rates, we do not charge for packaging or handling.
Packaging: All apparel orders will be folded in bulk and grouped per size unless otherwise specified. Individual folding and bagging may be available. Other products will be packaged to the extent of our ability to protect against damage during shipping.
Store Sale/Promotions/Partners
SDD Printing will offer, from time to time, either exclusively or to the general public at large, products at reduced prices (otherwise commonly known as a 'Sale'). Customers who place orders for sale items will be deemed to have read, and agree to, all the terms and conditions, placed by SDD Printing, for that particular sale. Such terms and conditions will be placed behind promotional banners or made available through text links throughout the store. SDD Printing may work with other printing partners to fulfill orders and shipments.
