    Direct-to-garment printing is a process of printing on textiles using specialized
    aqueous ink jet technology. DTG printers typically have a platen designed to hold
    the garment in a fixed position, and the printer inks are jetted or sprayed onto 
    the textile by the print head.

    Designing guidelines

    Please note: To make sure your embroidered product matches the original design, use an image file with a resolution of at least 1200x720 px (pixels).

    Embroidery designs cannot be resized or positioned after order.

    Embroidery design requirements: 

    1. Your design should NOT contain:

    • Photos
    • Gradients
    • Small details (< 0.05” (1.3 mm))
    • Small text (< 0.25” (6.4 mm))
    • Small negative spaces
    • Transparency around the edges  

    2. Please only use predefined embroidery thread colors in artwork

    (Red, Blue, Green, Yellow, Orange, Black or White).

  • Dye Sublimation or Ink

    Dye Sublimation, is really simple. It is a method of applying an image to specially coated 
    ceramics, metals and polyester, nylon cloth, using sublimation ink and heat.
